Start here — these are the two most important local contacts for any Highlands County veteran.
County-based service officers who help veterans, dependents, and survivors file VA claims for disability compensation, pensions, home loan certification, education benefits, and more — at no cost.
Outpatient VA clinic (CBOC) offering primary care, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, PTSD support, labs, pharmacy, and nutrition counseling for enrolled veterans.

VA Community Care lets eligible veterans see local providers when VA care isn't available in a reasonable time or distance. The providers below participate in the Highlands County community care network. A referral from your VA medical center is required unless noted otherwise — contact the Sebring VA Clinic or your VA care team to request one.
